Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Animator with at least 3 years of professional experience in animation and visual design. The candidate should have a strong grasp of animation principles, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with hands-on experience in industry-standard tools like Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, environments, objects, and VFX.
Collaborate with the design, modeling, animation, and VFX teams to deliver engaging animations.
Work on real-time animation projects using Unreal Engine.
Translate storyboards and creative briefs into visually appealing motion.
Optimize animation workflows for performance across multiple platforms (games, XR, videos, etc.).
Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of animation assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a 3D Animator in gaming, film, XR, or multimedia projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, and Unreal Engine.
Ability to work with motion capture data (preferred).
Strong creative visualization, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
