Welcome to JobsBob (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an online job portal platform owned and operated by Mr. Ashwani Kumar, headquartered in Phagwara, Punjab, India.

JobsBob connects recruiters and job seekers through two distinct platforms — an Open Platform and a Premium Verified Platform — to make job search and hiring efficient, transparent, and credible.

Kindly withdraw from the platform if you disagree.

Section A: Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

JobsBob provides a technology-based platform to facilitate interaction between job seekers and recruiters.

We operate two sections:

  • Open Platform: An open network where recruiters and job seekers may interact directly. JobsBob does not verify the authenticity of users or listings in this section.
  • Premium Platform: A verified section where employees and employers go through a strict screening verification based on the documents provided related to identity, education, and experience.

JobsBob is merely an intermediary and does not represent any employer, endorse any user, candidate, or recruiter.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using JobsBob, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse or manipulate the system
  • Comply with all applicable employment and data laws.

JobsBob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update these Terms at any time, with updates reflected on this page.

3. Account Registration

Users must create an account with accurate information.

JobsBob has the right to terminate or suspend any account/accounts found to have false, misleading, or incomplete data.

Users, Employees, and employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all other activities related to their accounts.

Section A1: Job Seeker Terms

4. Open Platform Access

  • Job Seekers can create resumes and apply for jobs directly posted by employers.
  • JobsBob doesn’t participate in the open platform section and does not verify recruiters' authenticity or any other information posted or offers made.
  • Any communication between employees and employers, contract, or exchange of information occurs entirely between them.
  • JobsBob takes no liability for job authenticity, recruitment practices, or any outcomes arising from the open platform.

5. Premium Verified Platform

  • Premium section candidates are thoroughly verified for education, employment, and identity based on documents submitted.
  • Verification process of employment does not endorse any kind of warranty or guarantee, or skill certification
  • JobsBob does not play any part in the hiring or offer process. The final decision is made by recruiters alone.

6. Prohibited Conduct (Job Seekers)

Job Seekers agree not to:

  • Post inaccurate information or fake resumes;
  • Request or offer money, commissions, or rewards for employment;
  • Harass or send spam to recruiters
  • Misuse or share employer contact information.

Any violation will result in permanent suspension or legal penalties.

Section B: Recruiter's Terms

7. Recruiter Access

Employers can post jobs, access candidates' details, like view resumes and contact candidates through JobsBob’s interface; however, JobsBob does not participate in employment negotiations, salary offers, or background checks.

Recruiters must ensure compliance with all applicable employment, labor, and privacy laws.

8. Open Platform

  • JobsBob does not verify job seekers or their resumes in the Open Platform.
  • All responsibility for candidate evaluation, communication, and due diligence lies with the recruiter.
  • JobsBob is not responsible and disclaims all liabilities for the candidate's misrepresentation, performance, or any financial loss etc.

9. Premium Verified Platform

  • Premium candidates are verified for education and work experience through documents provided.
  • JobsBob does not guarantee absolute accuracy and is not liable for any undiscovered discrepancies.
  • Recruiters are advised to conduct independent due diligence before making offers.

10. Job Posting and Communication

Recruiters are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of job postings;
  • Maintaining lawful, non-discriminatory content
  • Ensuring no solicitation of payment from candidates
  • Keeping communication professional and compliant

JobsBob reserves the right to remove or block postings that breach ethical or legal standards.

11. Payments & Premium Services

For recruiters or job seekers using paid services:

  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
  • Paid services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
  • JobsBob reserves the right to modify or discontinue any plan with prior notice.

JobsBob does not handle employment payments or salaries between users.

12. Indemnity

Both recruiters and job seekers agree to indemnify and hold JobsBob, its officers, directors, and affiliates harmless against any loss, claim, or damage arising from:

  • False information provided;
  • Breach of terms; or
  • Violation of applicable laws.

Section C: General Legal Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • JobsBob shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • JobsBob makes no warranties regarding platform uptime, data accuracy, or job outcomes
  • Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk

14. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, and design elements on JobsBob are owned by or licensed to JobsBob. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

15. Termination of Account

JobsBob reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Harms the integrity or reputation of the platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of phagwara,punjab.

Section D: Privacy Policy

JobsBob collects limited personal and professional information including:

  • Name, contact details, and profile information
  • Resume, qualifications, and employment details (for candidates)
  • Company information, job postings, and contact data (for recruiters)

18. How We Use Information

  • Facilitate job search and recruitment connections
  • Verify candidate or recruiter credentials (for Premium section)
  • Improve platform performance and security;
  • Communicate updates, job alerts, or support responses

We do not sell or rent user data to any third party.

19. Data Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no online system is entirely secure, and users share data at their own discretion.

20. Data Sharing

Data may be shared only with:

  • Recruiters or candidates for hiring purposes
  • Verification agencies (for Premium section)
  • Regulatory or legal authorities when required by law.

JobsBob does not share user data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

21. Cookies and Tracking

JobsBob uses cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience and website functionality. Users can modify browser settings to disable cookies, though some features may not work as intended.

22. Data Retention

User data is retained as long as the account is active or as required to comply with legal obligations.
