Full Job Description

Maintain books of accounts including data entry, ledger posting, and voucher verification

Assist in GST compliance including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations with GSTR-2B

Support Income Tax compliance work such as ITR preparation, TDS returns, and Form 26AS/AIS reconciliation

Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

Assist seniors in statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, including preparation of audit schedules and working papers

Compile data for ROC filings and maintain statutory records

Coordinate with clients for collection of accounting and compliance-related documents

Maintain proper documentation and filing (physical & digital) of client records

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per firm deadlines

Follow firm SOPs, professional standards, and confidentiality norms

Perform any other accounting, taxation, or compliance work assigned by seniors/partners
