We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience across all stages of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain strong and consistent communication with existing clients.
Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
Track sales metrics and performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in the sales industry.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
Demonstrated track record of sales success.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
