The Delivery Executive is responsible for promptly and safely delivering packages, products, or food items to customers at designated locations. This role requires excellent time management and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. ✅ Key Responsibilities Delivery & Logistics: Pick up items from the warehouse, restaurant, or designated location. Efficiently plan routes to ensure timely delivery to multiple customers. Handle items with care to prevent damage during transit. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Verify and confirm delivery details and collect signatures or payment (if applicable). Address basic customer queries or issues and escalate complex problems to the supervisor. Operations & Compliance: Ensure the vehicle (bike/scooter) is well-maintained and compliant with all traffic laws. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and collection times. Handle cash/digital payment transactions accurately and reconcile them at the end of the shift. 🌟 Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum 10th grade completion (or equivalent). Experience: Previous experience in a delivery or courier role is a plus, but often not mandatory. Mandatory: Must possess a valid driving license (two-wheeler) and own/have access to a reliable vehicle. Skills: Good knowledge of local routes and navigation (using GPS/maps).
