Full Job Description

A Digital Marketing Analyst evaluates the performance of online campaigns, tracking metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates to drive business growth. They analyze consumer behavior, conduct A/B testing, and present actionable insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize Return on Investment (ROI)

Data Analysis: Collect and interpret customer, marketing, and web behavioral data across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, and social media).

Performance Tracking: Set up tracking mechanisms (e.g., event and conversion tracking) and establish KPI dashboards to monitor real-time campaign success.

Optimization & Strategy: Test, measure, and optimize marketing funnels and ad campaigns to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increase Lifetime Value (LTV).

Reporting: Create and present comprehensive data visualizations and reports to communicate findings, successes, and areas of improvement to internal stakeholders.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for audience reach.
