Full Job Description

Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles relevant to the market.
Create design concepts, sketches, and mood boards for new collections.
Develop garment specifications and coordinate with merchandising and production teams.
Select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for designs.
Work closely with sampling teams to develop prototypes and ensure design accuracy.
Review samples and make necessary modifications before final production.
Maintain design documentation and ensure timely completion of collections.
Ensure designs align with brand identity and customer preferences.
