Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job description:

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality designs for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
Design engaging social media creatives, ad creatives, banners, and branding materials
Work on reels, short videos, and visual content for digital marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts
Maintain brand consistency across all designs
Ensure timely delivery and manage multiple design projects efficiently

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Strong creative thinking and a good sense of design, layout, and typography
Good understanding of social media platforms and current design trends
Ability to understand briefs and deliver independently
Good command of written and reading English
Basic knowledge of AI tools is preferred

Work Schedule:

6 days a week
Weekly off on Sundays and 3rd Saturday

Salary:

₹15,000 to 20,000 per month (based on skills and performance) + Monthly Performance Bonus
