Full Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in HR. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
* Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
