An HR (Human Resources) intern is a student or recent graduate who works temporarily within a company's HR department, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, administration, and compliance. They support HR professionals with routine tasks while learning about HRIS systems, workplace policies, and the employee lifecycle.
