Full Job Description

We’re a growing SaaS startup looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Customer Support Associate to join our customer service team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and communicating clearly, this role could be a great fit for you.

What we’re looking for:

Strong written English: You’ll primarily handle customer queries through email and live chat, so excellent written communication skills are essential.
Night shift flexibility: This is a night-shift position, so you should be comfortable working flexible night-shift hours as required by the team.
Team collaboration: You’ll work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure that customer service KPIs and performance targets are consistently met.

If you’re customer-focused, comfortable working independently, and confident in handling customer queries, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and become part of our growing team!
