Full Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and conversion rates.
* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
* Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
