We are seeking a warm, organized, and efficient Front Desk & Student Services Executive to be the first point of contact at our educational academy. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, manage daily student attendance records, process fees and payments, and provide exceptional first-hand service to students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception & Communication: Welcome visitors warmly, answer incoming calls, and manage inquiries promptly.
  • Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate daily attendance logs and report absenteeism.
  • Fees Management: Collect fees, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students, resolving queries efficiently.
  • Administration: Manage general office tasks, including data entry and student records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
