Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur (Work From Office)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Graduation is mandatory.
Candidates with BBA, BCA, B.Com, or other relevant professional degrees are preferred.
BA and B.Sc. candidates are not eligible.
Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Should be comfortable working from our Jagatpura, Jaipur office.
Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify new sales leads.
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work From Office)
