Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting advertising and marketing solutions offered by the agency.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and interested in media/advertising sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients
• Pitch advertising and marketing solutions including ATL, BTL, Digital, Outdoor, and Events
• Conduct client meetings and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
• Maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports
• Achieve monthly revenue targets
Target & Performance Structure
• This role is target-driven
• Revenue targets will be linked to the salary structure
Example:
• If the salary is ₹30,000 per month, the expected monthly revenue target will be ₹30 lakh
Performance will be evaluated based on:
• Revenue achievement
• Client acquisition
• Conversion ratio
• Repeat business
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Preferably from advertising, media, marketing, or events industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle client meetings and presentations
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
Experience & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (45 minutes lunch break)
