Lead Graphic Designer (Branding & Identity)

📍 Location: Karkardooma, Delhi

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

💰 Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that great design goes beyond individual creatives, it’s about building a cohesive visual system. In this role, you will help shape and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop brand elements including logos, typography systems, and visual identities for new initiatives
Maintain and update brand style guides and design asset libraries to ensure visual consistency
Create engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
Review and ensure all outgoing design assets align with brand guidelines, colors, typography, and layout systems

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in branding, design, or agency environments
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and identity projects
Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma/Canva is a plus)
Design Thinking: Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
