Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Bareilly
Industry: Automobile (Four-Wheeler)

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain the service process.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Keep customers updated on service status.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Eligibility:

Experience: 1–3 years as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
Freshers can also apply.
Qualification: ITI (Motor Mechanic Vehicle) / Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Salary: As per interview performance.
