A Site Supervisor oversees daily operations on a physical worksite—most commonly in construction. They manage personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations, identify and eliminate hazards, and manage emergency protocols.
Project Oversight: Monitor daily construction progress against blueprints, technical plans, and project timelines.
Team Leadership: Supervise workers and subcontractors, maintain attendance records, and coordinate work schedules.
Resource Control: Track and order building materials, minimize waste, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Reporting: Act as the primary liaison between the construction crew, project managers, and clients, providing regular progress updates.
