The role involves making outbound calls to reach prospective clients, as well as receiving inbound calls to address customer inquiries. A Telecaller must effectively explain offerings, handle objections, and persuade customers to take desired actions such as making a purchase, scheduling a service, or providing feedback. Strong communication skills, patience, and a courteous attitude are essential, along with the ability to maintain accurate records of calls and follow up with clients. Telecallers often work with scripts, meet daily or monthly targets, and play a key role in building customer relationships and supporting business growth.
