We're looking for passionate and talented Telecaller to connecting with potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
What we're looking for:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and services.
* Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
* Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
