Full Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and assist customers with inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
* Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
* Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Required Skills:
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate, or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
* Good listening and problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
