A Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls and handling inbound calls to promote products, generate leads, and provide customer support, aiming to meet sales targets. Key tasks include using persuasive communication to engage customers, maintaining accurate call records in CRM software, and building positive relationships with prospective clients.
