Job Title: Field Sales & Promotion Executive / Event Coordinator

Company Name: India Talent League

Job Type: Full-time / Field Work

Location: North India (Dynamic Location - Travelling required)

Working Hours: Mostly School Hours (Morning to Afternoon)

India Talent League is a premier talent-hunt platform dedicated to discovering the brightest young stars across the nation in categories like Dance, Singing, Modeling, and more. We have been running our highly successful shows for the past 4 years, creating numerous success stories and giving school students a massive stage to showcase their skills. We are expanding our footprint and looking for dynamic individuals to join our Promotion Team!

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • School Tie-ups: Visit various schools and conduct professional meetings with Principals and School Management to explain our show and get approvals for student participation.

  • Student Registration: Engage with students, explain the audition process, and get participation forms filled by interested kids.

  • Data Management: Collect all filled forms, convert them into PDFs, and submit them for data entry.

  • Event Coordination: Be present on the ground during audition days to manage the crowd, coordinate the auditions, and ensure a smooth event experience.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills (Must be confident in talking to School Principals/Management).

  • 100% readiness to travel. This is a purely field-based role. Locations will change continuously across North India once a specific area's schools are covered.

  • Basic tech-savvy (ability to scan documents, create PDFs, and handle basic smartphone tasks).

  • Energetic, responsible, and a good team player.

Salary & Allowances

  • Salary, Allowances & Benefits:

    • Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month (Strictly based on experience and interview performance).

    • Accommodation: Free accommodation provided by the company at every working location.

    • Food Allowance: ₹200 per day.

    • Travel Allowance (TA):

      • Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooty): ₹2.5 per km (Calculated based on daily morning opening and evening closing meter readings).

      • Four-Wheeler (Car): ₹6 per km.
