* Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
* Source, screen, interview, and hire suitable candidates.
* Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
* Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
* Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
