Job Description – Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: Bhopal / Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design and execute social media marketing campaigns.
Create reels, posts, stories, and promotional creatives.
Manage daily social media activities and content calendars.
Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
Research industry trends, competitors, and trending hashtags.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns.
Generate leads through social media platforms.
Improve brand awareness and online presence.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation.
