A Telecaller is a professional responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide support. Their main duties include making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explaining company offerings, answering queries, and persuading customers to make a purchase or take interest in the services. Telecallers may also handle inbound calls, address customer complaints, provide information, and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

They are required to follow communication scripts while also being flexible in handling different customer responses. Strong communication skills, patience, and a polite attitude are essential for this role. Telecallers also maintain records of calls, update customer information, and track daily performance using basic computer systems. Overall, a telecaller plays a key role in customer engagement, sales growth, and maintaining effective communication between the company and its customers.
