Full Job Description
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales and customer service team.
Job Type: Full-Time / Work From Office.
Location: Office No. 20, Ground Floor, City Square Building, Civil Line, Jalandhar, Punjab 144001.
Requirement:
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
* Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive is preferred.
