Job Description – Manager (Fundraising & Partnerships)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a background in marketing or sales to join our team as Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships. The role involves managing corporate partnerships/Employee Engagements, pitching CSR projects, and achieving fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage with corporate clients for CSR partnerships.
• Pitch proposals and presentations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.
• Meet fundraising targets through effective project pitching and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising.
• Strong networking and communication skills with good corporate connects.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
