Job Description – Manager (Fundraising & Partnerships)
Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a background in marketing or sales to join our team as Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships. The role involves managing corporate partnerships/Employee Engagements, pitching CSR projects, and achieving fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and engage with corporate clients for CSR partnerships.
Pitch proposals and presentations aligned with organizational objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.
Meet fundraising targets through effective project pitching and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising.
Strong networking and communication skills with good corporate connects.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
