Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate and convert franchise leads
✅ Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners
✅ Manage franchise onboarding and documentation
✅ Plan and execute new franchise setups
✅ Support franchise partners in operations and business growth
✅ Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
✅ Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs
✅ Build strong relationships with franchise partners
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 4 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Expansion, or Operations Management
✔️ Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
✔️ Strong Leadership and Relationship Management Abilities
✔️ Willingness to Travel Across Punjab
✔️ Strategic Planning and Business Development Mindset
✔️ Self-motivated, Result-Driven, and Growth-Oriented Approach
