About the Job:
CareOff is hiring Caregivers, Elder Caregivers, Babysitters, Care Companions and Caretakers to support families with child care and elder care.
This job requires good behavior, neat grooming, and the ability to speak English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Work Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities:
- Keep the child or elder safe at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat environment.
- Follow the family’s routine and instructions.
- Report any emergency or health issue immediately.
- Use mobile phone only when necessary.
Child Care Responsibilities:
- Help with dressing, grooming.
- Play, read, and teach basic learning activities.
- Keep toys and room clean.
- Follow sleep and meal timings.
- Take child to park or school if allowed.
Elder Care Responsibilities:
- Help with grooming, toileting, dressing.
- Support with walking or wheelchair.
- Give medication reminders.
- Prepare meals as per instructions.
- Talk and provide emotional support.
- Keep their room clean and safe.
Professional Behavior (Very Important):
Grooming Standards:
- Must be neat, clean, and well-groomed.
- Daily bath and clean clothes.
- Clean hair, trimmed nails, no strong perfume.
- Wear CareOff uniform at duty.
Communication Skills:
- Must speak basic English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Talk politely and respectfully.
- Give updates to the family.
- Listen carefully and follow instructions.
Behaviour & Etiquette:
- Be respectful to elders, children, and family members.
- No shouting, arguing, or gossiping.
- Follow home rules (shoes, kitchen, rooms, etc.).
- Keep personal phone usage minimal (only when required).
- Maintain privacy of the family.
Time & Discipline:
- Come on time every day.
- Follow daily schedule properly.
- Inform the family if running late.
Eligibility:
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Gender: Male / Female
- Must Speak English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Must be well-behaved and professional
- Must follow grooming standards
- Training will be provided (no prior experience needed)
