Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Freelance Client Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, ensuring exceptional service, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction while working on a freelance or contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
* Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions or services.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
