Full Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and analytical E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, driving online revenue growth, improving customer experience, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of online business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
* Monitor website performance, product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to execute SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
* Manage online marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other platforms.
