At Cease Fire Services, we deliver top-tier fire safety management and engineering solutions. We are expanding our projects team and looking for dynamic Procurement Professionals to manage our vendor ecosystem, source specialized life-safety equipment, and optimize project costs.
### Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Source and procure specialized fire protection equipment (e.g., hydrant systems, sprinklers, fire alarm panels, suppression systems, and safety gear).
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality vendors and manufacturers. Maintain strong relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet project budgets without compromising on compliance or safety standards.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers and site engineers to align material delivery timelines with project milestones.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured materials comply with national/international fire safety standards (NBC, NFPA, FM/UL, etc.).
### Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years of procurement or purchase experience, preferably within the Fire Safety, HVAC, MEP, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and fire fighting equipment specifications.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar Tally/procurement tools) and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract-management skills.
