Full Job Description
A Senior Meta Ads Specialist designs, scales, and manages advanced paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network. They focus on driving growth, maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and transforming raw data into highly profitable advertising strategies.
Mandatory Requirements:
* 5+ years of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads experience.
* 5+ years in Real Estate marketing.
* Experience handling properties with ticket size 2.5 CR to 25 CR Average.
* Proven record of generating qualified leads and actual sales for luxury projects.
* Must provide case studies, performance reports, ad account results & client references.
Important:
Candidate must have successfully generated qualified leads for luxury real estate projects above 2.5 CR to 25 CR average and demonstrate actual sales outcomes, not just lead volume.
