Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and analytical Construction Estimating Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring competitive and profitable project bids.

Job Type: Full-Time / Work From Office.

Requirement:

* Analyze project requirements, project feasibility data and prepare preliminary budget estimate based on concept and architectural drawings.

* Obtaining cost efficiency for different products available in the market and identify the right fit for the Brand with respect to design , material or service.

* Prepare with budget with detailed quantification and Monitor and Track the cost estimates and progress periodically and identify and changes in the Project leading to cost deviation.

* Ensure rates in the WO & PO are within budget/estimate.

* Reconcile material used and maintain reports to track with budgeted quantity.

* Prepare cost review statements, reconciliation and cash flow statements.

* Work with a flexible approach to accommodate various requirements of the project with priority to organizations objective.

* Preparation of BOQ and BOM with detailed specification to be sent to contractors and Material allocation in ERP system.

* Checking of variation orders/final billing of contractor.

* Work closely with the procurement, contract and design team to obtain required information for budget estimation and monitoring.

* Preparation of MIS report on monthly basis for cost/quantity incurred against budget, balance cost/quantity of project.

* Prepare and track customer changes budget as per changes request.
